1. What this site uses
A cookie is a small file written by the browser; localStorage is the browser’s local storage. Both can be used to remember preferences, but they are not the same technology.
The site’s code does not install advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. Images, fonts, style sheets and the group’s world map are served locally. Google Maps is the only optional embedded content.
2. Storing your preferences
Name: ht_privacy_preferences_v1. Technology: localStorage, on the domain visited. Responsible entity: Hilzinger-Textile S.a.r.l. Purpose: remembering whether you have authorised Google Maps, together with the privacy notice version, the date of your choice and its expiry. Duration: six months.
This storage is necessary to respect and remember your choice, serves no advertising purpose and does not contain the text of business enquiries. Acceptance and refusal have the same duration. If your browser prevents storage, your choice applies only to the current page and is requested again on subsequent navigation.
3. Google Maps, only on request
Purpose: showing the location on the interactive map. Provider: Google, with the entities and terms specified in its own privacy notice. Until consent is given, the iframe is not loaded and the site does not open connections to Google for the map.
After activation, Google receives technical data such as your IP address and browser information and may use its own cookies or identifiers. Names and durations depend on the service, geographical area, browser and any Google account; consult the Google documentation linked below for an up-to-date list. We do not present these as cookies necessary for our site.
When you withdraw consent, we remove the map and stop subsequent embedded loading. We cannot delete cookies already set by Google from our domain: you can manage them in your browser and Google account. The ‘Directions’ link remains available; it opens an external Google site directly, with its own privacy notice.
4. Accepting, refusing or changing your mind
In the banner, you can accept optional services, refuse them or open your preferences. The map is disabled by default. Continuing to browse, scrolling the page or closing preferences does not constitute consent.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the ‘Cookie preferences’ link on every page. Refusal does not restrict access to the catalogue, contact details or location information.
5. Hosting and external services
The preferences described here concern the site’s code. Any authentication and security functions provided by the hosting provider are also governed by its information. External links and your email application are separate services, activated when you choose to use them.
Hosting for this version
This version is hosted on the OVHcloud infrastructure indicated by the site operator. Information about the service, logs and the actual hosting location is available from the privacy contact.
